Key task
Education is one of the key tasks of Public Broadcasting in the Netherlands. Teleac offers a broad and coherent educational range through radio, television, the Internet, print and new digital platforms, like image banks and podcasts.

Everywhere, always and free
Teleac aims at children of all ages as well as at adults by means of the brands PeuterTV, SchoolTV and Teleac. Annually, over two-thirds of the Dutch population watches the educational programmes of Teleac on television; we even reach many more people via the Internet. The Teleac programmes are everywhere, always and freely accessible.

Educational broadcaster
Teleac is the educational broadcaster of the Netherlands. Educom (Stichting Educatieve Omroep Combinatie) [educational broadcasting combination] is the joint venture of RVU and Teleac.
